23 years have passed since the adoption of the groundbreaking UN Security Council Resolution 1325 (2000) on Women, Peace and Security, which for the first time recognized the importance of women’s full, equal and meaningful participation in peace efforts.

On 8 March 2024, I participated to a United Nations Inside Out Action and panel discussion at the Uni Mail building in Geneva. Both activities aimed to underline the important role women play in peacebuilding and peacekeeping around the world. Please see the link for more information.
